The Swan House

Field Trip into Atlanta’s Garden History!

A Self-guided Tour of Swan House and the formal gardens.

This historically significant house and formal gardens were designed, by Phillip Trammel Shultze in 1928, for Edward & Emily Inman. On the National Register of Historic Places it is a rare document of luxurious living, personal taste, interior decoration, and an outstanding example of the best twentieth-century landscape design.

Then join us, if you are interested, for lunch in the original Coach House for the Estate. The Swan Coach House Restaurant: this building survives with modern alterations as a restaurant, art gallery, and gift shop.

Sign up in the Field shop for your prepaid Tour ticket.

***Lunch: pay individually at the luncheon.
