Gardener's Alley
The Committee gathered early one morning to begin design work and planting of our new project next to City Hall, Gardener’s Alley. The existing plants were rearranged, others trimmed, a few received heavy pruning, and new plants were added, watering them well to ensure all establishes with ease. This is such a pretty new beginning to a sweet alleyway garden.

Margaret Mitchell Garden
Margaret Mitchell, Pulitzer Prize winner for ”Gone with the Wind.”
Our preservation garden project at the Veranda Historic Inn honors an essential point in literature and in the history of our city. As a young woman embarking on her literary journey, she would travel to Senoia and stayed at the Hollberg Hotel now known as the Veranda Historic Inn. The Inn, with its rich history and serene surroundings not only became her muse but also ignited the spark that led her to pen this historic classic novel about the South.
