Whether through Hospitality, Civic Improvements, Public Relations or Fundraising, the Garden Club of Senoia’s Active members have many opportunities to leverage their talents while they contribute.

We work with the City of Senoia, local non-profit organizations, and businesses, to fulfill our mission of teaching the value of conservation, gardening with care for the environment, and beautifying our community one garden project at a time.

  • City Hall Committees

Our goal is to create a lush colorful seating area with bright colored planters, and a flowering garden alley to stroll through in the center of town. Stop by and see the wide variety of flowering plants that can successfully grown in our area and your garden.

  • The Camellia Garden

This charming garden at 229 Bridge Street is a pleasant surprise full of beautiful Camellia’s. A place for the community be within nature, gather with friends, and enjoy a public garden space in the historic district of Senoia.

  • The "Lillie" Garden

Mrs. Lillian Hollberg, an elite figure in Senoia, moved into this massive house with her family in 1930, now known as the Veranda Inn. She was known by most as “Lillie” and her garden would be a place to entertain, discuss plant varieties, and socialize.

  • Gardener's Alley

The Committee gathered early one morning to begin design work and planting of our new project next to City Hall, Gardener’s Alley. The existing plants were rearranged, others trimmed, a few pruned, many new additional plants were added, and watered in well to make sure all establishes with ease. This is such a pretty new beginning to a sweet alleyway.

  • Ann's Alley

A favorite photo shoot spot in the center of town. This alley enchants with a rose covered arbor and flowering alley that leads to a welcoming sitting garden. A new Garden Club project that we are excited to beautify.

  • City Hall Holiday

Deck the Halls begins with a committee of dedicated volunteers who will gather together with a decorating Social to dress up City Hall for the Holiday Season. Fun for all, jingling all the way, and festive refreshments!
