The City Hall Planters Committee along with Gardener’s Alley Committee of volunteer members organize, plant, and care for the plantings during the season, and maintain this beautiful garden all year to create a flowering sitting area at City Hall. We welcome our community, visitors, family, and friends to beautiful Senoia and hope you will sit and stay a while!

  • The Camellia Garden

Our dedication to Historic Garden Preservation within our community begins in this charming garden. Our volunteer members learn proper gardening skills, awareness of conservation, how to protect the quality of the environment while they enhance, and maintain this garden for all the community to enjoy.

  • Hanging Baskets on Main

Our Hanging Baskets on Main Committee of volunteers annually plant a beautiful mix of trailing annuals in Hanging Baskets for the center of town. This years mix of brightly colored yellow Lantana, Drift Red Roses and the Purple Heart Plant was a winning combination. WOW!

  • Learn more about gardening!

This year we are learning more about gardening. Members will enjoy a full slate of informative and inspirational presentations and workshops with experts. See our full list of programs and events here.

  • The Garden Club of Senoia Cookbook

We are proud of our new Cookbook that is full of secret recipes from our members. We also invited local restaurant owners, chefs, and Walking Dead celebrity who happily contributed to our success.

  • Gardener's Alley

The Committee gathered early one morning to begin design work and planting of our new project next to City Hall, Gardener’s Alley. The existing plants were rearranged, others trimmed, a few pruned, many new additional plants were added, and watered in well to make sure all establishes with ease. This is such a pretty new beginning to a sweet alleyway.

  • The "Lillie" Garden

Mrs. Lillian Hollberg, an elite figure in Senoia, moved into this massive house with her family in 1930, now known as the Veranda Inn. She was known by most as “Lillie” and her garden would be a place to entertain, discuss plant varieties, and socialize. It has been said that the edible flower nasturtium, was grown in the garden and commonly served on a salad.

  • Ann's Alley

A favorite photo shoot spot in the center of town. This alley enchants with a rose covered arbor and lushly planted alley that leads to a welcoming sitting garden. A new Garden Club project that we are excited to beautify.
